    The front edge will not tilt downward. Sit in a current GMC Canyon w/ electric adjustable seats and you will understand how Ford could fix the seats to suit almost everyone. Wish I had the option of cloth or leather when I got my 23 Lariat.

    activ x seats are anything butt comfortable!!!! Sticky, too high on front when adjusted to lowest point. Seats are so bad I don’t enjoy driving the Maverick. No wonder dealer refused to let you test drive for enough time to properly assess your potential purchase.

    I feel your pain! The seats and their range of adjustment in my Lariat make them tne most UNCOMFORTABLE seats in any of my previous 7 PU trucks.

    If the seat can’t be tilted forward then that would be 7 not 8.

    The plastic seats are awful and the 8 way seat should be called 7 way at best because it does not allow the driver to tilt it forward thereby lessening the pressure on one’s legs.
