It looks like I might have to go down this route just to get my Maverick. I hate dealers who play games and do crap like this.
I really don't see any point in doing all of that. If I am already approved with a bank or credit union with a rate that can't be beat then let me bring in a cashiers...
Wow 3.9% is the best I've seen recently for a Maverick.
There are 0.9% and 1.9% specials for some of the other models, but I'm not seeing anything about a 3.9% rate on the Maverick. I wonder if the dealer bought down the rate?
Good to hear that the dealer handled it well.
I was thinking about getting this bed cover but not too sure now. It's not cheap either. Need to start doing research in to alternatives.
Yeah it seems the longer you hold on to it and more miles you put on it the less overall depreciation it has. I guess this is why the flippers are not ordering 2024s as they can make money on it right away.
What is KBB showing for your Maverick?
I've been checking the used 2023 Maverick values on KBB and they seem to be crazy high.
For example a 2023 Lariat EB AWD with 1,000 miles shows $42k for trade in or $45k for private party.
I know a few months back that the trade in values were pretty good, but is anyone actually getting those...
Thanks for all the replies.
I would like to get financing through Penfed, however the dealer is saying that financing must be done through Ford Credit. It doesn't make sense to me, but it seems they want to make some money on the back end.
Has anyone recently applied for or taken financing through Ford Credit?
I know that Ford Credit doesn't have any special rates for the Maverick right now and they don't seem to advertise their regular rates online either.
Does anyone know what rates they are offering for Tier 1 credit?
If...
