    I think you could just hook it up. I don't think reverse polarity will hurt an LED, they just won't light up. Someone correct me if I'm wrong!

    So, the instructions for turning off the seat belt warning on a 2024 Lariat per the owners manual, page 48 is: "Turn the ignition on. Do not start the engine" How do you turn the ignition on and not start the engine with a "Push Button Start"?
