My other irritation with it is why is the phone stand on the passenger side and not the driver side....

I have been working on modifying the under dash console tray. I absolutely hate the design of it. You can't run a wire to it on either side and have your phone be functionally used if it is. The phone stand hump in particular. I own a 3d printer and no matter what design i come up for to fit...
