Pansies. I'm further south in Cental Texas, and I drove a MINI Cooper Convertible for 9 years. The top was down as long as it wasn't precipitating, and the temperature was between 37° and 115°F. I did get good use out of the seat heaters though.

I heard on CarTalk many years ago that a study was performed in the 70s on how to get the best fuel economy. The results had many recommendations like inflating the tires to 120psi or something ... but also to floor it to the speed limit everywhere and coast as much as possible. Modern...
