Thanks for the info, this is my first hybrid and I did assume it had something to do with the cooling of the battery side of the system. Just didn't know it would go full blast first thing, but it makes sense with it being so hot out.

Around page 304 in the manual. There is a picture and it tells you which fuse it is...#22. I just had the same problem. I don't know if pulling and reinserting the fuse fixed it or just disconnecting the battery. But the dash works again for now.
