Like HRG I called Airlift and they said the 60859 for all Mavericks would fit the AWD Tremor. I was expecting another kit to accommodate the 1 inch factory lift would be better but this one works just fine for my needs.
For the air hose clamps I don’t remember who or where I saw it on this...
I installed the Airlift 1000 on my 23 Tremor.
I have hauled a 1/2 yard of gravel for 3 miles at a top speed of 35mph. It handled it great.
The truck squat was about 3 ½ inches and I only haul gravel once a year!
I keep an electric tire inflator with me and use the bags whenever I need to haul...
Here’s my 3/8” drive breaker bar with a 18mm socket. I also opted to use a cheater pipe over the handle that gives you more leverage. Others are using an impact driver if you have one.
Just installed mine on my 23 Tremor. No muffler in the way for me just the factory tail pipe. Install took about 30 minutes, and I followed the directions!!! I used my own sockets 10mm and 18mm. I also used a breaker bar on the 2 frame bolts on step 5. Fit and finish are great. Now I don't have...
I already had ford touch up paint and I used the supplied brush. I got it from Amazon, but you can get them from the dealer as well. The dark grey on the roof was from Hobby Lobby model spray paint.
I made my own 23 Maverick Tremor! I took the one everyone is buying and another truck that had better wheels and a lift. Took them apart and made my own identical to mine.
Paint and body work is a 5 footer so it's far from perfect but fun to build!
Mine is from 1987 when at work my buddy was standing in the long lunch line to pay. I only
needed a mayonnaise packed for my sandwich so I wasn’t in line, just standing there chatting.
When I looked down I noticed my Mayo packed must have burst open and squirted down his leg……
The "Tremor" plate I got from Etsy. The clear cover from Autozone. the main mounting bracket is what is supplied by Ford for states requiring a front plate. Hope that helps.
Here is the Tremor frame. Ford Tremor Aluminum License Plate Frame - Etsy
There is also just the sticker for the plate. Ford Tremor Floormat Emblems - Etsy
The bracket for the plate is the one you get with the truck. (For 2024 you only get this bracket if your state requires it) as for the Tremor frame I got that off of Etsy.
I didn't drill mine to the bumper, I drilled mine underneath. I used a nut and bolt to secure it and a little Loctite.
One day if it's not required you won't see any holes in the bumper.
The reflection on the plate cover is my garage storage rack.
Sounds like you did some good research and actually did some hands on looking.
I usually do too much number crunching. Glad I drove the Tremor first.
Getting in and out of the Tremor is nice and easy, no climbing in or plopping into the seat and trying to climb out. Glad the height fits your...
Great looking Tremor! Great mods as well!! I also did the window tint, hood struts with an added hood spring, tailgate strut, Maverick tailgate letters (black), rollup tonneau cover and a catch can.
I didn’t order it, I had been diligently looking for over a year trying to decide what combo I wanted. This one showed up at my local dealership and I stopped in
And went for a test drive to see how a maverick drove and was very impressed with the ride quality and performance of the Tremor!
I...
Has anyone done a 1 inch front leveling kit on a Tremor?
If so did you use the same kit for a regular Maverick, like the Rough country kit or a specific kit for a Tremor?
If you used the rough country or any other kit, did you have to grind off the lip on the strut?
