My production purgatory order came up with the recall.

People have been complaining about The Youth since the beginning of mankind. Millennials will one day grow old and whine about Gens Z & Alpha and the circle of complaining-about-life with continue.

I'm still in production purgatory but glad to see some movement here!

My order and others here have been stuck in production since the week of 11/13. There seems to be a delay of some kind currently either on the late assembly side or on the shipping side.

What's your ETA now? Mine is currently 12/12 - 12/18.

I checked with Ford chat and they said my vehicle is Returned from Body Company and their ETA to dealership is 12/18. My dealer rep just confirmed the vehicle is built and awaiting shipping. Ordered a Lariat Eco in Azure late yesterday. Received confirmation email at 11:40am. Ford will be sending updated confirmation to me with Z-plan pricing later in the week.

The MY24 confirmation email models a discounted color. 🤦

How the shoe-inspired Desert Brown interior has survived for three years as the high-end model standard is beyond me. I'm planning on ordering a 24 Lariat as well, but I'm not sure I can convince myself to spend $1,500 just for black seats and finishes.

The dealers are actually getting the order guide and price lists today, so expecting details to be posted here sometime this afternoon

Unless there are any surprises on Monday when the order sheets are released, seat covers may be your best cloth-like option for the Lariat. It's a bummer for those of us in Florida, especially since the vehicle doesn't offer cooled or vented seating options.
