    Got the letter, called dealer service, they hadn't heard of it. After looking it up, they said it was a software update and would take a half hour. Dropping off tonight because I can't wait around during the day. Amazed it did not show up in the app or pushed to dealer systems - snail maiil? Wow

  2. MPGs FAR below advertised and hype. Are you all telling the truth?

    2023 XL hybrid with only option a hitch. Delivered in August and have 4k miles, half of which are NY to Boston trips to visit my kids. I am getting 42 MPG overall with close to 50 locally and high 30s on the highway. I'm happy with that.
