So today after running some errands started the truck and the center display was blank...no radio...no back-up camera...no indication of temperature or interior fan changes.
Shut the ignition off and restarted the truck. Nothing.
After arriving home I dug out the manual to look up the fuses...

Last spring when I was carrying some lattice I was able to temporarily disable the back-up alarm with the tailgate down. Today I had to do the same thing, and I can't seem to remember what I did to turn off the alarm. Anyone else figured it out? I can't find it in the manual.

We recently had a chance to try the adaptive cruise feature with slowing traffic. Driving at 65 mph we saw brake lights ahead in both lanes indicating some issue ahead. As we got closer to the slowing, almost stopped traffic ahead, the ACC slowed the truck down to about 6 mph as it is supposed...
So sometimes you get a warning message complete with chime in the center screen when you shut off the vehicle...but not always.
After a little testing I discovered yet another way the Maverick is trying to be smart.

I've noticed that when I start the truck (hybrid) the heated mirror button is illuminated. I shut off the mirror...everything is fine. I shut the truck off. Next time I start the truck the mirror button is illuminated again. I'm guessing it may just be a software issue? It hasn't been cold...
