Bought the Blackhorse running boards on Amazon for $350. Thought I would save some money and install them myself. No drilling, just a lot of parts, bad idea, forgot how old I am. Would pay to have installed next time.

I'm sure some will disagree but on fairly level terrain and short trips, I use it like a truck. Have 2.0 with 4k and as long as it doesn't feel like it is struggling I go.
I just got back from a 3400 mile trip to Phoenix and back. One thing we noticed was several times we heard what sounded like small rocks or gravel hit the windshield. The bug shields I have looked at are taped on. Ia there one that has a better fastening system?
The lights are wired so they come on with the headlights. Had to order a couple of different types to come up with one that matched the curve of the roof since they didn't have one for the Maverick. I believe they were for a Ram 1500. A 73 year old X Truck driver, I had to have them.
Well, I think I'm finally done with modifications. Either that or I'll be cooking my own meals.
