I have a 2023 Hybrid Lariat that I really like but... When I start my Mav and try to take off right after starting the power steering doesn't work for a very short time almost like it's locked, is this something common with the Maverick or with the hybrid?

Wait a minute... There's a sport mode?🤔 I must be getting old because I thought it was fast enough in normal mode... Punch it & go always worked for me. Guess I gotta play more 😵‍💫

23 Lariat, 3 months 5000 miles. Nothing but smiles every time I open the door to the garage and then a bigger smile when I hop in and drive... It's been like Christmas morning every day for 3 freakin months 🎄 Now I have to stop buying presents for my Mav🎁 But I still want to... 😁

Picked-up supplies to get my garage warm so I can work on my MAV... Winter in Wisconsin is wonderful but cold!

1st I bought a lower priced Hybrid with all the features I wanted and only cost $35k, much less than buying any other Hybrid Truck out there! 2nd I save so much with great 40-45 MPGs for 8 months of the year I really don't care if I'm burning gas with no MPGs for 3 or 4 months & getting 35 MPGs...

Yes, I think they cover & protect almost every inch of carpet & are easy to clean

So I'm driving my new awsome Alto Blue Lariat Hybrid Ford Maverick Truck and my dash has a popup "50 miles left until empty" this is after driving 465 miles since the last fillup! 😁, Then 25 miles later and 26 miles from the next gas station it pops up again stating "25 mile left until empty"...

I did find a three click seatbelt trick that disables the chime and some of the notifications in one of these forums which makes it a little less annoying. As for the remote start I think I have to live with the fact that I have to pull out my phone, open the Ford App, press and hold "Start"...
