I think so, its advertised as no drill and working with the 2.0 EB. I dont see any exception for the Lariat, just a note that it wont fit Tremor (different product available for Tremor) and a note for Fx4 about which bolts to use. For my 2022 XLT there was no drilling needed. You should confirm...
I wish I'd taken a picture of them side by side once I'd removed the stock one since you're not the first to ask. Its not a 100% exact match of the stock one, but it effectively covers the same area, both covering the underside of the engine. There's a much better picture on Rival's website...

The back two used existing nuts in the frame, so they were the easiest. The front two use the pigtails. I used a loop of fishing line to pull the pigtail nut down so theres a bit more pressure behind it while putting in the screw. Not my fav either but still didnt take long.
Certainly the first time I change the oil after the install will be the real test. I don't think oil from the drain will hit the plate, but I was considering one of the oil drain adapters anyways. Coming from a Honda Element were the oil dumps on to parts of the engine/frame this seems much...
I noticed JCR Off-road now offers an engine, cat, gas and floor skid. I'm not familiar with there products but they look good. Rival only has the engine skid so I might order some of jcr's other skids.
My Rival Skid Plate arrived and I finally had time to install it. Tough to get pictures since I don't have a lift but it was pretty easy to install, only took an hour.
