    I hope it works out for you. Because I was pissed after I installed them and heard that noise. Sounded like a bad strut going over small bumps or when I turned.

    Sure, I just jacked the front up so the springs would separate and smeared a thin coat of grease on the rubber sleeves. I used some bearing grease I had. I’m sure any grease will work. It was really just a shot in the dark cause everything looked good. I figured if it didn’t work just wipe off...

    So, I installed the Eibach lowering springs on my ecoboost fwd a couple of weeks ago. On the test drive I had noise coming from the struts. I thought I may have over tightened the struts or something was loose. After checking everything I found all was good. Long story short, I found the noise...
