    Got code u3012 a few days ago. Took it in, got trucked checked and codes cleared. Finally, yesterday it completely died.

    I reserved my Maverick back in June. Still have not heard anything from Ford. I'll give Ford until the end of September to reach out to me. If I don't hear anything from them, I will lease a new Bronco instead. Or I can just take a short flight to Hermosillo and buy one directly from the factory...

  14. This will be the first new vehicle I have bought in since 2005.

    The last time I bought a new car was back in Dec 2005. The timing could not have been better for me to get a new vehicle. Fall can't get here fast enough 😂

    Correct if I'm wrong, but didn't Ford get in trouble a while back because of the cvt trans in the Fiesta? Has Ford improved their cvt transmissions?

    As soon as I get mine, I'll be taking a trip to the desert (Anza Borrego). A nice weekend trip. Will make for a great photo shoot of the truck in its natural environment.
