Thanks, perhaps I was not clear. I'm talking about the large cavity surrounding the hitch receiver and including the area where the trailer power outlet is.

One of the holes (in both the tail gate and the back of the truck box) has a cable running though them perhaps 3/8 inch in diameter so a gromet would work or just a plug that you could notch to accomodate the cable. The other hole has nothing running through it so a plug would be preferable.
Is anyone aware of a company that produces rubber groments in sizes that could be used to fill in the holes at the bottom of the tailgate and the back of the truck box?
