    We recycled our old round Yakima bars. The Yakima towers have a round bar adapter. Simple to install. Directions for placement is a bit fussy. Here’s the setup we used for off island kayak transport. We decided that moving it forward works better. We were able to use all our old round bar gea.r.

    Wrong on the doors won’t lock with key inside. Has happened a couple of times on our maverick. Many times on my transit connect. Went to dealer and ordered a ā€œglove box keyā€œ, which which will only unlock the door for the transit.

    We live on an island serviced by a ferry. It amazes me the number of people who done use the parking brake. With any kind of weather other than flat calm you see the moving back and forth. i do miss a manual emergency brake as they used to be called.

    i agree that the low beam is fine as others have said. They are fine on my wife’s xt. If you are unhappy with yours adding running light is a much better solution than messing around with your low beams.

    I agree with you on the strength issue. I use the slots in bed with 2x’s to keep loads from shifting. I use the eyes to tie down loads like brush and tree limbs.

    I liked the idea but didn’t feel I needed infinite flexibility for the ring attachment points for my use. I used Stainless lock washers to give myself the flexiblity of having them oriented the same way.

    My wife doesn’t listen to the radio. Iā€˜m hard of hearing so I need it to be loud. Solution: Bluetooth my music or radio directly to my hearing aids. We have no use for the other features. So we like the calm screen. But it requires 3 steps, often more as the swipe doesn’t always work, to turn on...
