Includes tuner lug bolts to fit the Savini wheels. Mounted and balanced on high end machines. No hub rings or spacers...

    First, great name you have there. Second, yes they are custom drilled and machined for offset. We have a company we deal with direct to have them made, including this set I have for my Maverick. They are also hubcentric. I will get back to you on the offset. They took about a week to come in.

    Mounted a set of 20x9 Savini SV-F2 wheels to my Maverick AWD Ecoboost Lariat and added Eibach lowering springs. Did all the work at the shop I own in Exton, PA. Running 255/45/20 Michelin Pilot Sport all season 4 tires all around + TPMS sensors. Truck rides great and looks even better.
