Dealer asked us to show him the sag in the headliner. We pushed upward on the headliner at various points. It moved upward 1 to 2 inches only at the sag location. Tech said it is likely a missing clip. They agreed it needed repair.

No additional XL's to be scheduled in December. My MY24 XL Hybrid has just been delayed from 10/23 to 11/13. Could be shortage of the 17" Continental tires or even a shortage of the hybrid transmission, which I believe is built at a UAW factory in Michigan. The fun never ends!
