Drop off maverick today for 6th time for dash rattle, replacing dash. They pull everything out down to the firewall. To put new dash in. They did the foam tbs on window and removed window pags, and a few times put foam multiple places.

This is basically the fix that ford has . They did this it did not work. They removed the windshield tabs , rattle still there . Said need to replace the dash skin. 2023 xlt hybrid

Hi did you ever get dash rattle fixed? My 2022 they pull the drivers door and seats and took everything out down to the firewall and replaced the complete dash. I think that fixed it but have so many other problems lemon lawed it. Now my 23 has the same problem been in 6 times , told me today...
