Interesting: My results (2023 ecoBoost 2.0L) from 1st change at 5.5k miles. Using Pennzoil Ultra Platinum/Wix moving forward. Looking forward to next results at ~10K miles on unit. N.B. PF review seemed good for Pennzoil!

Thanks, I had done that to reset the system a few times. It did not help clear the condition.

Good to know this; but I don't think that was the my situation. After enabling wifi...etc IT acted sanely. No physical buttons touched, only soft buttons on screen.
