Recommend you take an oil sample now or during the next oil change. Send the sample to Blackstone along with a note explaining what’s going on. It’ll be nice to have the test results available when discussing a remedy with the dealer. Or lawyers. Or forum members.

I took my Oil Life Monitor to 0%, (factory oil) and had the oil analyzed. Analysis indicated oil was still fine. Fine enough to continue driving much farther. Not recommending others do it. However, I'm going to continue using the OLM to 0%.

R If a tailgate does not support the load…it’s not a tailgate. It’s a ramp. Expecting my 2023 XLT to arrive in the next week or two. If it arrives with a ramp…I’ll not be taking it home. Then, someone who prefers a ramp can have it for 5-10k more.

The liner looks like it’s getting in the way. Send some pics to: email: [email protected] and see what they say. The instructions recommend removing the liner. Gotta be a more graceful way to mount the rack.

All rail fasteners should be under the rail…per instructions. no drilling. Reposition the bolts as shown in the diagram and it’ll probably look awesome. See attached pic of hardware mounting.
