Oh interesting. Never thought of that. I assume the Allen key gives adjustment to where, width wise those arms swing out from? It's too late for me now lol but maybe it will help the next person.
I have the Lomax Stance and have had it for a year now. I really like it. On my first Maverick I had the hard roll up and it was nice as well. But I really like the low profile plus large bed access when needed that the Lomax Stance provides. Now you do have to stick 2 adhesive pucks to your...
Oh man sounds like you have an amazing garage! Maybe another Miata will make it back in there someday.
As for the Maverick content. So jealous you've gotten some waves. I've always driven a Miata or had a Jeep and always loved that I could wave at other people that shared the same car as...
Haha I feel you. And damn yeah the 97 M edition is like the top tier NA in my book. That British Racing Green is beautiful. I've always been partial to the wine red colored NA too, but I also want it bright so people don't hit me. This is my 3rd Miata, the first 2 were totalled out after...
Thats a good point, I hadn't thought about it that way. And I appraciate you sharing you insight into your reasoning for the deisgn elements, I was curious. I had been entertaining the idea of having a friend with a Cricut cut me out the text Maverick to put on the back if I had it flat. But I...
I put mine here and quite like it. I didn't want it on the side making it look "bad" in my opinion. I miss the location from the 2023. But where I have it now is next best for me.
To the note of the original thread. I wonder if the new one that is compatible with the 2025 looks different...
I like that alternative Tailgate design, but I think i would prefer less of the Lego pegs showing since they don't show much else on the build. Here are a couple other ideas I had for tailgates. (also have transparent red tail lights on this render, considering that option.
I call this one...
This is an amazing design that I really enjoyed building in Brick Link Studio after buying the pdf file. It was my first time using the software but I wanted to see if I could build this in a color close to Azure Grey Metallic. I found a color that looks super close to my wanted color, but...
I haven't encountered it again since they fixed my transmission fluid levels. But maybe I just got lucky. Dealership did it for free too for what it's worth.
Ended up deciding against the 2025 due to the cost difference being so high. They offered me near 33k for my 2024 and I couldn't eat that much value loss without feeling bad. I also gave the 2025 another drive and didn't enjoy it as much as i did the first time. It didn't feel as fast or...
I found it interesting when I looked up the KBB value of a 2024, 2023, and 2022 and they all have the same trade in value almost. So it makes me feel like I should just cruise a few more years in the 2024 and reconsider when the next few year models come out.
Trade in value, excellent...
Took it to the shop and they said it was that the transmission was over filled and they drained it a bit and topped it back off. Haven't had time to run it too hard and see if it happens again.
I do love the Azure Grey Metallic. So much so I ordered the 2025 in the same color as my 2024.
Still deciding on if it's worth it and at what price I would be willing to upgrade.
Here's my 2024
The 12hp definitely is a sad loss. But the upgrade of gaining sync 4 on the bigger screen and built in wireless car play, are super nice. But the biggest selling points for me are the 360 camera, front parking sensor, paddle shifters, and more orange accents for the Tremor. For all those...
