Priority codes are irrelevant nowadays. They will skip a 10 if they don’t have everything for that but do for a 19. Plus Ford wants dealers to stagger the priority codes so it doesn’t confuse the system.

Then like Kev mentioned you have the best option available. If you've found a dealer in Colorado that will do a courtesy delivery all you have to do is get their drop ship code, give it to your ordering dealer and they can put it in the ship to box of your order and Ford will deliver it...
Highly unlikely. Rollovers, while done with the best of intentions to take care of those waiting the longest, are also part of the drama/problems. Imagine rolling over a 22 to a 23 and seeing others get built before you. Happens a lot.
