    I just had an ARE v-series cap installed. There is a gap. You need the gap between the topper and the cab for flex. A lot of the toppers come with fold down windows so you can clean out the space between the rear window and the topper. I wouldn't put anything in to seal mine. It's water tight...

    I had to call a local ARE dealer. Just had mine installed yesterday. It fits weakly well. Only problem I have is the slider window won't open because the rivet the used to put the latch on blocks the window track. When I ordered they said it was 6-7 weeks. But I got mine in 3 weeks

    My ARE just showed up at my dealer and getting installed in a couple days. Do you get bad glare from the brake light on the back of the cab? I was wondering about removing the bulbs to prevent light coming in the cab when stopping.
