I just cut slots into the "standard" wood divider that align with slots in the bed. Then cut 1x6 for the length of the bed from divider to tailgate and added some small pieces at end for support to them, besides the tailgate closed also keeps them from slipping around. Stays in place well...

I order this cover for the backseat, and it fits pretty much perfectly. It appears to be the exact one Ford offers for Mavericks and Broncos. The difference of course it is cheaper and there are several color options, with mine being gray. It does obscure the straps that fold the seat, but...
