**update** At 59,600 miles I dropped it off at the dealership to see if they could diagnose the problem. I had my doubts because it only does it every once in a while. 4 days later and very little communication I was told they did a software update to fix the issue. $200 diagnostic fee and $100...
Honestly that is what it feels like since it only does it every once in a while and only when I am coming to a stop rolling downhill. But when it does it is pretty abrupt. My wife even said "what the hell" the other day when it did it. Just weird.
Thays my main fear because this is kind of hard to replicate. They won't find anything and then at 62k miles it goes out and I'm stuck with a massive repair.
Didn't know it was part of the 100k warranty. Good to know. This issue makes me nervous as hell coming from a 4Runner that I never even thought about it breaking. 1st Ford and everything has been good so far.
Okay so this is hard to describe but I feel like the issue is getting worse. Every once in a while when I coast to a stop the car feels like it lurches forward harder than normal and then stops. I'm guessing it is when the car switches over to electric and the brakes engage. It just seems to...
100% agree. I love the truck, but the infotainment is so bad I am not sure I would have purchased if I knew beforehand since you are basically stuck with it. Lol I miss the days of swapping it out for the newest Kenwood at Best Buy.
Totally agree with the vacuum scratch issue. Also, try having 2 boys in baseball that wear cleats. Unfortunately my Lariat has a ton of scratches on the plastic. Looks terrible. Anyone know if we can buy the replacement plastic parts? They look like they would be easy to replace. I also saw a...
Saw this article and wonder what this would do for the Mav?

Exactly. I drive close to 3k miles a month in my hybrid and have yet to get under 40mpg. And that is with a ton of highway driving. I love filling up and seeing 600 miles of range. The Ecoboost would be fun, but I absolutely love the mpgs and under $40 to fill up.
Just installed the same one. Very easy. Had the same one ony Tacoma. Did you use the foam strip for the back rail of the bed? I didn't and it seems to fit fine.
What mode are you guys driving in? Just got mine and got a little over 600 miles on the first tank. Normal mode. Filled up 14.3 gallons and it said I had 7 miles until empty.
Lol I told my wife that they better not put a dealer sticker on it. No need since I would take it off right away. Keep me posted. We need to make sure they don't screw us over. I want that truck!
Let me know if you hear anything. I was thinking about calling to clarify the purchasing process. Going to tell them that I was told at the time of ordering that I am only paying MSRP plus tax tag and title. No Extras!! No dumb window etching or nitrogen filled tires. That stuff is BS.
