My experience is exactly the same — averaging 30-31mpg with same mix of driving @ similar speeds. No idea where folks are getting 40+mpg!!

I ordered mine 9/20/22 in Davis, CA (10 W of Sacramento) - in the #72 (San Jose/Hawaii) district. Not yet scheduled for construction.
