For the life of me I cannot figure out how to bring up this screen, with the box showing the vehicle running on electric/charging and on the gasoline engine. Can anyone help?

On my way home driving my XL Hybrid near the house I get a red flashing warning on the instrument cluster telling of an impending problem. The street was clear and there was nothing ahead, behind or to the sides. Any thoughts are appreciated as this was more than a bit unsettling.

Was at the license bureau paying the sales tax and getting the new plates today. Went to leave and the rascal would not come out of Park. I was on a slight incline but foot on the brake and it wouldn't shift. I shut off the engine, waited a moment and restarted, everything worked as designed...
