Honestly man, HPR is the best color scheme with the XLT interior. Blue interior tint perfectly offsets the orange HPR. The interior orange highlights are just subtle enough that it plays well with the HPR as well. I was lucky enough to view the 12 or so that were delivered to my dealer and am...
I have HPR with basic XLT interior and it looks GREAT. Had a BAP HPR pull next to me as we were leaving. Ended up talking to the lady who loved how mine looked and the color contrast from interior to exterior. She had a very nice BAP, but I prefer mine any day, BAP was almost too dark imo.
Hey, just wanted to let everyone know that the Brumate water bottle I have fits perfectly in the elusive bottle holders on the door.
Link to the correct size, bigger one didn't fit.

No worries, I could've worded the original post better as I've received a lot of answers about finances. We are in a good place financially, the truck is definitely doable as it would replace the Soul albeit with an added $150 or so more a month at most. I'm just having a hard time swallowing...
I bought a used Jetta for $11k, not sure how that's more expensive.. I'm fairly certain her Soul was also under $30k. At the end of the day the Soul is 0% and wasn't upcharged due to work incentives. Sure, we could dump all available cash, but home ownership comes first and unexpected events...
That's crazy! The Soul she has is a minimum $386 a month. I guess I've been fortunate enough to not need a car loan until 34. I paid $11k cash for the Jetta back in 2020 before the price increases.
Appreciate the information. It's not that I can't afford it, I've just never had a car payment before. Bought the Jetta outright and inherited the Soul loan from the woman. But her Soul loan is 0% interest. Comparing 0% to 5.5% just has me feel like it's not a good time to buy a truck. Cold...
Yeah, maybe it'll come down to the test drive. It's not that we can't afford it it's just I've always outright owned my vehicles so any type of payment seems like a lot.
Anyone else looking at interest rates and considering not purchasing their Maverick? I have a June 12 build date and at this point the lowest interest rates I've seen are 5.5% which is crazy! I have two different trade in scenarios 2020 Soul ($5000 profit) OR 2017 Jetta (KBB $13k - all...
Good luck finding any without huge dealer markups. Your best bet is probably waiting to order a 2024. Ford is adding a 3rd shift to their plant so hopefully next year is a lot smoother than the last 2 have been. We still have guys on here waiting well over a year for their orders.
