I had this happen today. I was in eco mode, took a highway ramp and accelerated to merge, wouldn't let me go over 50% power. Tried different driving modes, made no difference. It was very jerky when slightly pressing gas, like it was trying to accelerate and regenat the same time. Regen worked...
