They deserve some bad publicity over this. I had seen youtube videos of these practices over the Mavericks but never thought this dealership would be one of those. Im disgusted and pissed
I am going to give their management the option to refund me my $500 + something to account for their poor management of this. If they dont comply, i am going on a social media, youtube and local news "on your side" campaign to expose this reprehensible business practice.
