I wish the Drive Mode would stay in selected mode when the key is turned Off. That way the next time you start out, you're still in the same Drive Mode (I like ECO over Normal) you ended in.

Per this Ford video (link below), they say 400 lbs. limit when the tailgate is fully down, but 500 lbs. in the mid-position (edge is even with the height of wheel wells).
