    Just spoke with my dealer and he Said the destination charge is beyond their control.

    If it helps any of you guys out there, I added thus package today and my salesman had no knowledge of this. He did however look into it and found out how. You have to add the sibl and cargo management 61D option. Here is a copy of my build sheet.
