I believe mine is Tyger also. Did it in about an hour or less. Mine is trifold. Pretty sturdy. If someone wants to break in nothing is going to stop them.

One week short of a year from ordering. AWD. The long wait took a lot of excitement out of it but once I got it the excitement is setting back in. Rides great. Electronics a bit overwhelming as I am 70 years and old school but I’ll figure it out.

Did anyone take extended warranty? I have 5 yr 60K but am being offered additional 7 yr 100K which doesn’t start until my 5 yrs is up. With all of the electronics I’m just wondering. BTW I picked up my new truck today. Thanks for the encouragement to wait. It’s only been a year😂

UPDATE: spoke to dealer and he said no additional expenses beyond tax and title. So I should pay my sticker plus those two. Only thing I need to wait on is my trade in. Won’t find out until last week in Aug. 🤞

Got the check and tentatively to arrive Labor Day.

That’s kinda what happened to me too. It’s was almost simultaneously done. Just a couple of days from build to shipped. That was Monday. It’s not supposed to be here until after Labor Day. That’s about what I’m looking at. As of Monday it was on the rail and should be here week of Labor Day.

My XLT is on its way finally. Supposed to be here around the first week in September. What extra $ should I keep an eye out for. I never get extended warranty. They said they had to go over it once it arrives. How true is that? Thanks for all your help through this last year. 😁

Thanks for the encouragement. I finally got a production date and vin number. It’ll be almost a year to date when I get it.

Ford notified me today my truck is going into production July. This old guy is thrilled. So is my wife.😁 I was so close in buying something else but she held me off. Something about good things come to those who wait. Will keep you all updated.

Ordered an XLT in September 2022 . Been getting usual emails from Ford, I even called their CS but they couldn’t do anything except note I called. My dealer I think would just as soon not have me call him. I have no money invested but I seriously need a truck by August/ September. Do I wait or...
