I was one of the 1st original Maverick Hybrid owners; I actually have the "First Edition", and I LOVE it! But the only item that wasn't offered (at that time) that I wanted was the AWD version, so I would stay Hybrid with the AWD.

I tell myself that I received the 1st "First Edition" Rapid Red Hybrid in SoCal. I used to drive her along the coast getting so many questions and praises! She was so photogenic with the Queen Mary that I called her "Lil Queen" or "Queenie".

Hi Larry, bug deflector looks good & I'm also former USMC as was my father. I've always wanted to get the deflector but was worried about material(s) getting stuck between deflector / hood. Is it a problem during washing? Do you worry about it weathering, fading or cracking?
