This week is also my build week. I am looking at the window sticker and I see two dates. There is a special order date that says 08 25 23 and then there is a date of 08/27/2023 but that date might only be the date I downloaded the file (yesterday)

From what I understand Ford will automatically prioritize your order as long as the order is tied to your 23 order. Same order number or however they do it.

This is interesting. I wonder if every 23 order is now in "previewing" My dealer was saying not to wait. He has no idea how long the order banks will remain open. Once closed it is closed and you can't transfer your order.

My dealer said they would take care of it on Monday. As of this moment I do not have a build date. I don't think I would wait until Tuesday. If the order banks break they break but why take the chance?

If I don't get a build date on Friday I will order the 24 on Monday. The dealership knows and they plan on placing the 24 order just in case.

I was thinking I wouldn't mind waiting for a 24 but I am very okay with this if it happens. Plus right now I can trade in my 2021 Rav4 for about what I paid for it new. Not sure how long used car prices are going to stay inflated like this
