I forgot to mention that the BMS module was also replaced and did not resolve anything. As soon as I disabled parking mode on the dashcam, all issues stopped.

I can report that Ford's website is definitely wrong in that aspect. I had my 2024 hybrid in the shop twice for the deep sleep issue and both times they reported that the battery was still reading 12v charge but going into deep sleep.

Does anyone know at what voltage level 'Deep Sleep' kicks in? I have read a ton of posts but have not been able to identify at what actual voltage initiates the 'Deep Sleep' cycle.
