I have a '23 Tremor and paid extra for a "full size spare" only to find it wasn't. 😡 I cut the teeth off to make a 235 fit. I'm not going to be off road, miles from nowhere with a dinky spare.

That's mine with the kayak, a '23 Tremor. Then a '22 FX4 and a 2024 Hybrid. They flat tow it behind their bus. Love the trailer hitch bike carrier.

No, nothing like that. I had an ARE shell put on that has an interior bed light. But I double checked that that was off. It's tiny, 3 LEDs, I don't think much of a draw.

It's the OP here again. It's an AGM battery that came stock. When I tried to start it this morning, it sounded like it wanted to turn over but just couldn't get there. I used a NOCO Boost plus to jump it. Very handy thing to have. Can charge your phone too and has a flashlight.

The last two mornings my Mav wouldn't start. Called AAA for a jump and they said it had only 10.6 volts; not enough to start. Once it got going, it was at 15 volts, which the tech said was ok. I drove it around for a while yesterday, and it started a number of time before I turned in last night...

Yes, it came with the roof rack installed, but it was probably extra. If I were to do it all over again, I'd get the the taller cap. Bed's short enough as it is, might as well get as much height as you can.

Guilty. What cant miss off road routes can you recommend? I did do a GREAT Olympic Peninsula loop in July, delivering my Outback to my son in Seattle.

Re: #4, FS road 75, 'loop' is not the correct term. You don't end up where you started. I should have used, 'arc', or something similar. ✌️
