The SIBL was definitely part of the 23 XLT with Luxury Package. That is what came with my truck. It was dropped for 24 and replaced with the DIBL.

I'd like to suggest another product...a tissue box holder that fits into the FITS slot between the rear seats but is raised up and angled at approximately a 45 degree angle so all I need do from the driver seat is reach back and pull the tissue forward. Also, put a lid on the trash can. Thanks.
