I've seen the same thing in my area using Ford.com inventory search. Plenty of plain white XLs in the inventory, and they're all fleet orders. I think these are the last of the 22 models.

Blue window stickers are dealer orders. Green stickers are retail orders. That's the only indication you'll get without calling them. You're probably not getting a green sticker truck unless the customer walks away from it.
