    Ordered at same dealer on monday. Gave them the email explaining the process for 2023 to 2024 orders. Order is placed. Still no email. Freaking out a bit.

    Ford advertised an affordable hybrid truck, and I had the audacity to order one in a configuration they offered. XL had what I wanted. This is an awful way to treat customers.
