Where can I get 5.49%.? Capital one gave 6.5% number. And chase is over 6%. I check my credit is 812.

I will go dealer tomorrow. I hope I want to buy anymore issues. But when I sign paper last year msrp 34950. Today $35450 msrp. Dealer said he can't give when I signed paper price . I have to pay now msrp. Just $500 different but I feel not good.
