Just a little FYI . . . I have a 2013 Toyota hybrid I purchased from a Toyota dealer and the people there told me NOT to run any octane higher than regular (89) gas in the hybrid. Otherwise I might encounter problems, they so inferred. 🤷

At least, it appears the hood paint wasn't scratched or damaged. I think that would be worse.

Stopped by my dealer Friday. He looked at his computer and said my Mav is in the East Saint Louis train depot (apparently waiting for a truck carrier to claim it as part of a full load). From the train yard to my dealer is 300 miles. With a little luck, I might have a truck by the weekend 🤞...

After viewing the underside of the chasis, it appears there's a lot of wiring exposed to the elements, ie: salt,snow etc. I might consider undercoating to protect the works under there.
