Well @Ford Motor Company said since I had a case number on file with customer service to just keep “working” with them. Doesn’t look like Ford will do anything unless at least one other person outside that build date range has a no-start problem.
I experienced one no-start episode several months ago that left me stranded in a parking lot for 2 hours. When the tow truck arrived, we tried to start my Mav hybrid one last time and it started and drove normally. Bought a jump box to carry with me.
Later Ford issued tsb 22-2340 and also csp...

Glad they worked on yours even tho you haven’t had the problem. I’m not so fortunate.

My Update: After talking to a ford customer service manager and my dealer service manager, they said that they cannot authorize performing either tsb 22-2340 or csp 22B39 on my Mav because its build date falls ten days after the cutoff date of 13 May 22!
I had one no-start back in Aug 2022 (it finally started when the tow truck arrived 1.5 hours later) and a couple deep sleeps. This CSP applies to trucks made from 26 July 21 to 13 May 22 , and mine was 23 May 22. Checked my vin and it’s not listed. Going to talk to dealer and see if they’ll do...
I took mine to the dealer for the side curtain airbag Feb 2023 and asked them to address the grabby brakes (sometimes accompanied with a loud clunk sound) per TSB 22-2493 (I didn’t have a mil light or code, but I politely pointed out the TSB clearly stated it applied with OR without the...

Really looking fwd to getting my brakes fixed. The low speed braking and the intermittent no-start/battery harness are the only issues with my Mav. Otherwise it is a great truck.
I’m at 1000 mi. My brakes sometimes grab while easing forward at low speed after stopping (when moving up at a stop sign or pulling into my garage). Today for the first time I also heard and felt a “clunk”. My wife looked at me and said what was that? It happened one more time on the trip home...
Count me as one of the few hybrid owners with an intermittent electrical problem (no-start, stop safely now msg, mil & battery lights) that the dealer can’t fix. Look at my posts for a complete description of my sad story so far. Ordered August 2021, May 2022 build, July 2022 delivery, less...
Yellow didn’t show in post so I used bold, underline to highlight my symptoms in TSB…
Issue: Some 2021-2022 Mustang Mach-E vehicles built on or before 28-May-2022 may exhibit an illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) and/or display a Stop Safely Now message in the instrument panel cluster...
Online research of my Mav hybrid problems: no-start, “stop safely now” message, red triangle, MIL, and battery warning lamps with DTCs P1A10 and P0C78, resulted in finding a TSB 22-2178 issued on 8-1-2022 for the Ford Mach-E (MachEForum.com). Although I understand the Mach-E is a full EV and the...
I bought the smartliner set for my hybrid from their website for $130. Description said custom fit for Mav hybrid models and yes they fit perfectly front & back. Look as good as weathertechs that I’ve had in other vehicles.
Update. Picked up the truck. Mechanic said ford contacted them and asked what they found and he told them that they did the pin test and found nothing. I was hoping ford would help the mechanic go through a methodical process to id the issue but no, after the pin test the truck just sat in their...
