Any engine that breaks a connecting rod has the same fire potential. If that rod go through the block or the oil pan and dumps hot oil on the exhaust. The issue is the dummy that doesn’t shut it down when it starts to knock.
I had the same hood and window deflectors on mine. They hold up great, but I took mine off and replaced them with one from egr. I was never crazy about the ones on the window. And the hood protector was fine but didn’t work as a bug deflector. I like the ones we have on it now.
Nope, I know people that had evs that loved them…until winter in Ohio. I want to drive the 1300 miles between ohio and Fort Myers without waiting for a recharge or four. IMO the hybrid is the best of both worlds. We will stick with the Maverick hybrid.
