Are we able to use the interest rates from time of ordering or when we are actually picking up?

From the email about the special offer it sounds like if you don’t get scheduled you need to reorder for MY23 but both dealerships I called said my preorder will automatically move to the next year if it doesn’t get scheduled. Does anyone know which is true? Thanks
