I believe Ford sets a date and they/ TFL are unable to show/discuss certain aspects prior to that date. Break the rules and the manufacturer will pull your access from future events and launches. I am sure that is the case here.

I was of the impression Hyundai does not do custom/special orders for the Santa Cruz?, it just makes what it feels like and ships them to the dealers. So getting exactly the package, options and color you want is more random luck and could be a minute

Its a bit sad only the FX4 has tow hooks and that the frames of all other models are not set to accept them as a bolt on option. I am looking XL, AWD w/tow as it fits the budget. I would add FX4 if I could, but adding XLT just to get it pushes it past what I am willing to spend

We did these in my wife's 2018 CRV and they have been Awesome! Held up beautifully and really added to the enjoyment of the vehicle. Would recommend!
