    So, question about your COVP... I notice there are just "x" -es where it says "customer name". Is this what your COVP said? I've read elsewhere that if they don't put an actual name on the COVP then the order is not price protected for the customer, but the dealer IS price protection. Of course...

    Having trouble understanding an aspect of COVP. If a dealer doesn't file a COVP, can a customer still receive a VIN and build date? How would ordering a Maverick with the dealer not filing a COVP work, and how would the customer even know? Furthermore, is it a lot of extra work for the dealer...

  5. My dealer claims there's a recall on my Maverick and he can't sell it

    Dang, I went with Mullinax in Olympia due to their ratings on this forum for being a decent dealer. I did give pause over that seeing as how huge a dealer they are and wondered in a smaller dealership in a small town might be better. Hope they treat me as well as Fugate and Sparky treated you.
