I do exactly the opposite. Eco in town only, normal on highway. With eco on the highway as soon as you let off the gas it slows down considerably. I like to be able to coast when needed without losing too much speed.
The (overly) aggressive regen braking also drastically reduces your speed, requiring you to accelerate more often. No coasting in Eco mode. For strictly city driving, eco is ok. For anything else, no.
I'm concerned about the safety aspect of this as it pertains to someone being able to access your house. So being battery operated someone would just have to get in your vehicle to have access to your house. I don't keep my garage remote in my vehicle for this sole reason. If you were parked...
I can see he did it, but on the Rough Country site, it specifically says " Does NOT fit hybrid models at this time " This was under the 1" leveling item. I wonder why they would say this if it actually fits and works properly? Maybe it creates another issue?
I have to believe this would be a MAJOR project, if it's even possible at all. With unibody frame I can't imagine how it would mount. Even adding a tow hook is a project. I guess if you didn't need it centered it could be done similar to adding a tow hook?
I have driven both. Initially an EB, and I now own the Hybrid. I cannot say for certain I floored the EB completely but I did get on it pretty good. I would love to put my Hybrid in Sport mode (yes, it makes a BIG difference) against the EB in a short race. Say 1/8th mile. I think it would...
I find these are nowhere near the quality of the WeatherTech's I have for my Grand Caravan. These are very flimsy by comparison, and there is the (lack of) gas pedal coverage as noted. In addition to that I can see no reason why the passenger side front does not have a way to mount to the...
I have the same setup. I wonder if it would be better to run this one off the the factory 12v wiring in the bed as opposed to tapping into the one in the cab? In case you want to use both at once, I see less of a potential to overload the outlet.
